Our midwives are of the highest standard and we typically only employ midwives with a minimum of two years experience.  However, if you have slightly less than this you may be accepted, providing you have had adequate hospital-based experience. All applicants will be considered on an individual basis.

Our midwives abide by the ‘ANMC Code of Ethics’ and the ‘ANMC Code of Professional’ Conduct National Competency Standards. Plus they have ongoing access to a broad range of in-house education and training programs.

When our experienced Allocations Centre consultants receive staffing requests, they use sophisticated software to identify staff whose core competencies align with the shifts and positions the client needs filled.

They will source and allocate suitable staff from our extensive and ever-expanding database of pre-qualified midwives, and nurses.
